We came home from the farm this weekend with the last of the sugar snap peas, at least a quart of blueberries/gooseberries and a dozen eggs from the chickies and guineas. No goose eggs [not to be confused with gooseberries] because Sara the goose is finally sitting.
Sugar snap peas are destined for roasting with olive oil, shallots, salt, pepper and fresh herbs. What to do with all the blueberries? Some good ideas here – wouldn’t blueberry ice cream be great right about now?
